Service Description
A full mind, body & soul exhale. Earthed begins with Aromatic Kinesiology® Level 1 - tuning into what your body is holding and which oil will help you move that emotion. From there, your session moves into warm, nurturing relaxation massage, with the same oil chosen woven through the bodywork. Grounding, unhurried and entirely led by you.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is held especially for you, so a little notice if plans change means the world. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session and I will do my very best to find you another time that works. Cancellations with 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no shows will be charged in full. I hope you understand, this is how I am able to keep holding space for everyone who needs it. Payment is made in person on the day of your session. Cash and card both welcome. Life is beautifully unpredictable though. If something unexpected comes up, please just reach out. I am always happy to have a conversation.
