ILLUMINATE - 60 MIN
Illuminate is an hour of pure Reiki. The lightest of touch, a warm table and a room that asks nothing of you. Your eyes close. Your breath begins to slow and your body is given the rarest gift of stillness.
BLOOM - 75 MIN
Bloom is Reiki and Aromatic Kinesiology® woven together. Your body chooses her own oil through gentle muscle testing. When the scent reaches you, something recognises it before your mind has caught up. Then the reiki begins and whatever has been sitting quietly in the body begins to move, slowly to clear.
SANCTUARY - 90 MIN
Sanctuary is Aromatic Kinesiology® and 60 min relaxation massage held together - the deepest, most complete session. Your body is listened to first, without hurry, the oil chosen and then you receive the most nurturing and slow massage allowing the body, mind and soul to exhale.
EARTHED - 75MIN
Warm hands, a room scented with oil chosen just for you. The fragrance rises softly as the 60 minute massage begins. The shoulders melt, the breath finds its way down into the body again. And something in you, held tight for so long begins to let go.
